Court Restrains Obaseki from PDP Guber Primary

TopSearch reliably gathered that the second term ambition of Governor Godwin Obaseki as Edo State Governor may have finally comes to an end on Monday.

According to a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, the governor has been restrained from participating in the PDP gubernatorial primary scheduled for this month.

In a suit instituted by an aspirant Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama, asking the court to stop the governor who has just decamped to the party from participating in the party primary election.

TopSearch reliably informed on Monday that an order of interim injunction restraining the governor in participating in the election has been granted to the plaintiff on Monday in a suit No:FHC/PH/CS/69/2020 by Hon. Justice E.A. Obile.
