The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has upheld the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
A three man panel of the court dismissed Oshiomhole’s appeal Tuesday’s evening and affirming the judgment of a High Court of Abuja. The appellate court held that Oshiomhole’s appeal was without merit.
You will recall that the FCT High Court had earlier in March pronounced that Oshiojhole could no longer function as the APC National Chairman having been suspended by his local government chapter of the party. It is reliably gathered that the embattled chairman did not challenge the suspension before the party’s National Working Committee affirmed his suspension.
Therefore, the judgement of the FCT High Court is hereby upholds. The Appeal Court confirmed.
